What we do
We offer beef that comes exclusively from animals born here or on other farms in the local area, which we feed with milk, hay, and whole grains, without using any silage or "wet" preparations. Furthermore, a unique and fundamental feature is that our animals drink spring water, as we are fortunate to be located in a spring area.
Our passion for meat and our decades of experience in the field have led us to choose to raise crossbreeds from the Friesian breed with other breeds, such as Black Angus, Wagyu, Piemontese, and Beefmaster... a choice that has been repeatedly confirmed by the excellent results obtained so far!
